CHAWREC - Discrimination casework service

The casework service provides legal advice and support to individuals who have been discriminated against on the basis of age, disability, religion or belief, race, gender, transgender status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, marriage or civil partnership status. In cases that are taken forward the REC acts as representative - carrying out all casework and advocacy on behalf of the client. In order to make the service sustainable our fee is 35% of all awards in successful cases.
